A Challenge with Grace and Ease

I have been thinking about this 100 day challenge and wanting to be sure not to have it turn into something that makes one want to turn away from....rather turn toward. I know that sometimes we can turn challenges into something that makes us fail...another way to disappoint or beat ourselves up. My wish is that your challenge be an opportunity to know that you can continue to create what you want in your life each and every moment. "What could be better than this?" How can I use "self-talk" to inspire myself? I encourage you to take some time to appreciate yourself each and every day as you begin this 100 day challenge. A challenge with grace and ease.
