A Challenge with Grace and Ease
I have been thinking about this 100 day challenge and wanting to be sure not to have it turn into something that makes one want to turn away from....rather turn toward.
I know that sometimes we can turn challenges into something that makes us fail...another way to disappoint or beat ourselves up.
My wish is that your challenge be an opportunity to know that you can continue to create what you want in your life each and every moment. "What could be better than this?"
How can I use "self-talk" to inspire myself?
I encourage you to take some time to appreciate yourself each and every day as you begin this 100 day challenge. A challenge with grace and ease.

Setting Your Intention
Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.
As we approach March 14, it is time to start to set your intention for the 100 day challenge.
You might start by visualizing yourself as the best you could be...
What would that mean for you?
Healthy physically, mentally, and spiritually...
You might want to journal about this and even draw or cut out words, pictures, shapes, or images from magazines to create a visual inspiration for yourself.
Let the sky be your guide...open and vast with possibilities.
Once you have something (it doesn't have to be the perfect intention)
post it...perhaps also let the blog know how you might want to be supported by the group.

100 Day Challenge
We are starting a challenge on March 14th. For 100 days we will focus on developing a new healthy choice in our life. What would that mean for you?
Starting to exercise on a regular basis? Making some changes in the foods you eat?
